Shipping Policy

We ship all orders received each weekday.  Orders received by 1pm EST will be shipped same day.

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

We use the US Mail's Priority Service.  USPS Priority Mail is a 2 to 4 day service.  Please visit www.USPS.com for additional information.  I'm sorry, but we do not offer US Mail's Express Mail Service because many packages were taking 3 days to arrive.

International Shipping (Outside the USA)

We use the US Mail's economy and priority mail services to deliver packages using the postal system in the recipients country.  Each county we ship to will have varying transportation time.  Economy service normally takes 10 to 90 days, but has taken upwards of 45 days.  Priority mail is usually 3 to 8 days, but again, can take longer.  Many factors go into the time it takes to receive the package, including customs.

We do not repay VAT or import fees.  Those are the purchasers responsibility, and will be calculated and collected by their government.
